Town Planner
Charli joined Gilvear Planning in March 2022 as a student, and following completion of her Degree in 2023, has continued as a Graduate Planner in the Babinda Office. Charli provides assistance in the preparation of planning applications, mapping, and site plans, in addition to interacting with clients, Council and the State through development assessment processes.
Since joining Gilvear Planning, Charli has worked on a range of projects throughout Queensland and has a keen appreciation of both regional and urban planning matters. Having been raised in Gordonvale in Far North Queensland, Charli has an appreciation of the agricultural sector and its importance to the continued viability of regional towns. Charli also travels to Brisbane regularly to support the Southeast Queensland Office and increase her knowledge of typical urban development.
